Sensación Fit & Well SPA is located in the heart of Bergamo in the lower city center near the pedestrian area, perfectly located, served by public transport and with parking facilities.
We are a gem designed for lovers of well-being. You cross a welcoming and bright entrance to start a path of beauty and well-being. On the ground floor to walk towards the Universe of your own well-being, there are 5 cabins where you can get lost and find yourself but always guided by expert hands. On the lower floor we fill up with energy with a session of Yoga, Free Body, or Stretching inside the Om Room or we strengthen muscles and heart in the Cardio Fitness Gym. A game of blue lights, we head to the Detox area where we get lost between a bubble and another in the Hydro-Pool equipped with Aero-massage beds and underwater benches with strong jets of Jacuzzi cervical, lumbar and plantar; we refresh between emotional showers, Ice fountain and Scottish shower to revitalize our body after a path between Finnish Sauna and a Turkish Bath; let's conclude in the Relaxation Room to optimize the benefits of treatments and treat ourselves to a hot herbal tea.
